The followings, are some of the basic movements of Brain Gym®:
Drink water every day
Put a hand on the navel. Whith the other hand, massaging strongly the two points underneath the collarbone ( in the union with the breastbone) and switch the hands.
Put the right hand on the left knee, then put the left hand on the right knee. It is possible to make touching in a movement backward, right hand with left foot and vice versa.

Interlaced fingers supported on the chest making a hook, and crossed feets. Join the hands united by fingertip .
